7:00a.m. daily outside movement practices, eastern prom/quebec street on the grass just above the Monument in portland
9:00a.m. classes on some weekdays and every Saturday and Sunday (check our calendar for details)
Taught by several teachers in our community, including several types of yoga, qigong, movement concept, capoeira, and more signing up
offered by donation
suggested $10 a class, or whatever you are able to offer, no one will be turned away for lack of funds
